Massage NVQ Level 3 Course
Train to the UK national standard in Body Massage, enabling you to offer a comprehensive, professional massage service to your clients.
Our Massage NVQ Level 3 course is 4 1/2 days’ classroom teaching plus home study and assessments. There are four core subjects to study including Body Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, Indian Head Massage and Cosmetic Tanning.

No previous experience is necessary to complete our Massage NVQ Level 3 training course.
Swedish Body Massage Course
An essential skill for any beauty therapist. Learn to conduct a consultation and perform classic Swedish massage. By the end of our massage courses you will be able to carry out a full-body massage using professional techniques.
The two day massage course also includes how to massage the additional areas of the face and scalp and how to use infra-red heat, gyratory machines and audio-sonic vibration.

Aromatherapy Massage Course
This Introduction to Aromatherapy Massage course will teach you the skills involved in preparing clients for and delivering, massage using pre blended aromatherapy oils. The ability to adapt the use of pre blended oils and massage techniques to suit individual client needs is a crucial requirement.
You will become familiar with the essences of plants and carrier oils and learn about their effects on the mind, body and spirit when applied using gentle massage techniques. This course will appeal to Holistic Therapists and anyone interested in complimentary and natural medicines.
The benefits of Aromatherapy Massage are gaining and increasing in popularity, not only within the field of complementary and natural medicines, but also within the orthodox medical and particularly the nursing professions which widens your market..

Indian Head Massage Course
Our Indian Head Massage training course is a 1 day course giving you a flexible skill to use in the spa, salon or home environment. Indian Head Massage is based on traditional and Indian techniques by using a variety of massage movements. The Indian Head Massage works on the energy of chakras and is a great way of relieving stress and its effects on the systems of the body. Tension is relieved through relaxation of the muscles, and improved circulation to the brain helps to clear the mind and improve hair and scalp conditions.
Once you successfully complete the indian head massage course you will receive your diploma. This will enable you to obtain public liability insurance.

Reflexology Course
Attending reflexology courses is an important complementary therapy for the holistic therapist. You will learn to activate the healing powers of the body using the long-established principle that there are energy zones that run throughout the body and reflex areas in the feet that correspond to all the major organs, glands and body parts.
Learn this ancient pressure point technique applied to the feet, where all internal organs and body structures are mirrored by the foot. Reflexology is a non invasive treatment which helps the body maintain a delicate balance and also leave the client with a sense of well being. As well as learning the practical techniques, you will also cover the structure of the foot and elements of anatomy and physiology which will help you gain a solid understanding behind Reflexology and help you perform to your highest ability.

Hot Stone Therapy
A very popular therapy. Learn the massage technique that uses heated Basalt Lava Stones to warm the client’s muscles, allowing a much deeper working of the tissues than a conventional massage. Find out which stones are chosen to correspond to specific parts of the body and how to use cold marble stones to balance the body.
Hot stone is a speciality massage that uses smooth heated stones. Here we use hand picked Canadian Balsalt rock. It is a deeply soothing and relaxing form of massage, where the heat of the stones encourages tight muscles to relax. It consists of traditional Swedish massage strokes incorporated with the stones.
You will cover the preparation and consultation process of the treatment, as well as techniques, movements, contra-actions and aftercare. Learn a new contemporary form a massage which has now become very popular in the industry.
